Computer Browser (Chrome Preferred Browser)

Listed below are the instructions for your interview on a computer. If you can please chime in at around 15 minutes prior to your interview time.
Please note that your best experience will be on a computer.
Also if you have the ability to connect by way of an ethernet chord please do. No matter how great your internet WiFi connection is…hardwired is always the best. Connection instructions are below.
  • We will be conducting the interview via ECAMM
  • Google Chrome is the best browser to use with this platform. If you’re having any issues logging in it may be your browser
  • Please find a well lit quiet location
  • Be mindful of the echo in the room

  • It will log you into the DIGITAL BACKSTAGE
  • Then the ADMINISTRATOR will bring you in for the recording
  • You will need headphones to plug into your device or Bluetooth headphones connected to your computer to avoid echoing

Mobile Device

Listed below are the instructions for your interview on a mobile device. If you can please chime in at around 15 minutes prior to your interview time.
Please note that due to receiving phone calls and other notifications, coming in by way of your mobile phone is not recommended.

  • Please put your phone in airplane mode or silence all calls and notifications. Calls and notifications may interrupt your audio or video
  • Please find a well lit quiet location
