Before launching Lloyd Media Group, Tracey built a distinguished two-decade career in corporate America with senior leadership roles at Walmart, JCPenney, and Bloomingdale’s. She capped her corporate journey at LVMH’s Starboard, where she was responsible for nearly half of the company’s global operational revenue, leading international teams and driving multi-hundred-million-dollar results in the luxury and lifestyle retail sector. Over her career, she has managed P&Ls of up to half a billion dollars, consistently delivering growth and operational excellence.
Her leadership journey began in the U.S. Army, where Captain Tracey Lloyd served as an IT Communications Officer with The 3rd Infantry Division during Operation Iraqi Freedom—managing critical network operations for a 3,500-person combat aviation brigade in a combat zone.
Tracey’s seamless rise from combat officer to corporate executive earned her national recognition, landing her on the cover of Fortune magazine in “The New Warrior Elite: A Decade of War Has Created a New Generation of Business Leaders.”
