How It Works

1. Purchase the annual retainer on our website.

2. You’ll receive a confirmation email with:

   • A link to schedule your first session, and

   • Guidance on how to book each monthly session going forward.

3. Meet with Miguel via Zoom once a month for 12 months.

4. After each call, you’ll receive a recap and next steps so your team (or you) knows exactly what to do.

Terms & Guidelines

• Term: 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Sessions: 1 session per month (60 minutes each).

• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Unused Sessions:

  • You can “carry over” one missed month into the following month (max 2 sessions in a month),

  • Unused sessions beyond that window expire at the end of the term.

• Non-refundable: Because this is a retainer with reserved capacity, payments are generally non-refundable once the term begins.
