Tracey Lloyd’s leadership journey began at the United States Military Academy at West Point and continued as an Army communications officer during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Her experience leading critical systems and teams in a combat environment established a foundation of accountability, adaptability, and service.
She later built a two-decade corporate career across Walmart, Bloomingdale’s, JCPenney, and LVMH’s Starboard, leading multi-unit operations, international teams, and significant P&L responsibility.
Today, Tracey applies that experience to organizational strategy, executive advisory, nonprofit leadership, women-veteran advocacy, and program development through Lloyd Media Group and the Emily J.T. Perez Foundation.
