PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Lloyd Media Group supports Ali Development through strategic consulting, graphic design, and production services designed to move important ideas from concept through execution.

The centerpiece of this collaboration is “Shaping The New Georgia: The Governor’s Race,” a bipartisan Georgia gubernatorial candidate forum created to bring candidates, business leaders, and community stakeholders together for a substantive conversation about Georgia’s future.

As lead producers, LMG helped Ali Development translate the vision for the forum into a professionally planned, visually cohesive, and fully produced civic experience.

Case Study

Ali Development — Producing a Bipartisan Forum Built for Substance

Overview:

Ali Development, led by Omar Ali, created “Shaping The New Georgia” to provide a setting where leaders from across the political spectrum could discuss the issues affecting Georgia’s businesses, communities, and residents.

The forum was designed to move beyond political soundbites and create space for thoughtful discussion around small-business growth, economic development, affordability, workforce development, and the future of the state.

The Challenge:

A multi-candidate political forum requires more than an attractive venue and a list of speakers. It requires strategic alignment, careful production planning, disciplined show flow, visual consistency, technical reliability, and an environment that allows substantive conversation to remain the focus.

Ali Development needed a production partner capable of understanding the broader civic vision while managing the practical details required to present the event with credibility and professionalism.

The LMG Approach:

Strategic Consulting

LMG worked with Ali Development to help shape the event concept, production priorities, audience experience, and communication approach. Our role was to help connect the client’s vision for bipartisan civic engagement with an executable event and media strategy.

Graphic Design and Visual Communications

LMG developed supporting graphic and visual assets to give the initiative a consistent, professional identity across its promotional and event-related communications.

Lead Production

As lead producers, LMG managed the production framework required to bring the forum to life. This included production planning, show-flow coordination, technical execution, on-site production management, video capture, and coordination among the people and production elements supporting the program.

Content Capture and Post-Production

The forum was captured as a complete media asset, allowing the conversation to extend beyond the live audience. LMG produced the long-form program video so viewers could experience the discussion after the event and Ali Development could continue using the content as part of its civic-engagement platform.

Results:

“Shaping The New Georgia” brought together eight declared gubernatorial candidates from both major political parties for a discussion centered on business, economics, affordability, bipartisanship, and Georgia’s future.

The forum attracted business owners, civic leaders, students, community stakeholders, and media attention while demonstrating that substantive, civil political dialogue remains possible.

The completed video extended the life of the event beyond the room and created a lasting record of the candidates’ positions and the issues raised by Georgia’s business community.

The engagement also demonstrated Ali Development’s ability to convene leaders, create space for meaningful dialogue, and move an ambitious civic vision from idea to execution.

Ongoing Partnership:

LMG continues to support Ali Development through consulting, graphic design, and production services. The partnership reflects LMG’s integrated approach: clarifying the objective, shaping the strategy, developing the visual communication, and managing execution.

Conclusion:

The Ali Development engagement demonstrates what happens when strategic thinking, visual communication, and disciplined production work together.

Through “Shaping The New Georgia,” LMG helped transform a civic-engagement concept into a credible, professionally executed forum with value for the live audience, participating candidates, and viewers engaging with the program afterward.
